Insurance

We are an in-network provider for the following PPO insurance plans; Delta Dental PPO and Premier, Anthem 200, Anthem 300, Assurant, Cigna, Guardian and United Concordia.  We do not accept any HMO plans. We do accept all other dental PPO plans as an out-of-network provider.

We provide the most up-to-date care in a friendly, professional, caring environment with lots of laughter. Our patients often comment that they enjoy coming to the dentist now that they have joined our practice (and that people think they're crazy for saying this).

Facility

We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

Hours

Our normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. We can make other appointments as necessary, including appointments in the evening. Financial

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. While we can't force you to give us notice, remember that the next time you need a filling, it's our decision whether or not we use Novocaine.
